Personal Learning Service (PLuS) PLuS helps employees, managers, and organizations by providing Personal Learning Plans (PLPs). • PLPs are created by Learning Advisors. • A Learning Advisor reviews every response in each Learning Profile. Then builds and releases a PLP in 7-10 business days. • Development can be learner-centered, manager-driven, or competency-focused. • An email notification lets the manger and learner know that the PLP is available. Learner-Centered Communication Cycle Developing • Learner considers short- and long-term career goals and current challenges during a personal assessment. • Learner completes Learning Profile. • Learner uses the Personal Learning Plan for development throughout the following months to a year. • Learner can refer to progress during review time with manager.
