Why do we need a price increase?Internal Factors • Self-sustaining enterprise fund • Fully costed Service Level Agreements • General fund does not subsidize the school lunch fund • Increase the infra-structure • More experienced and trained personnel • Increased technology needs • Warehouse facility to support high quality foods
