1. 1 HS Classifications “HS (Harmonized System) classifications” is • to classify trading goods in an internationalized nomenclature; • stipulated in “International Convention on the harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS Convention)”; and • drafted by the World Customs Organization (WCO).
