Plan of the PME integration/interface tests in 2008 (tentative) 2008.7.26 • The fundamental function checks of EWO, WPT-Pre, and IPD and their I/F checks will be done inside the MHI. • Function and I/F checks of the LF-SC/DB-SC with the SC-Pre. will be conducted in Kanazawa Univ. But the schedule is not fixed at this moment. • The PME integration/interface tests in Kyoto univ. will start on August 25 (see the schedule table of the next page). • The extension tests of the WPT-S and MEFISTO-S are conducted during the system EM integration test (not conducted in Kyoto univ.). • PME unit level environment tests will move to June 2009.. <<Request>>*Please update your plan, and submit the following information to Y. Which configuration of EM or BBM for this? What is your minimum plan from the point of your view ? (2) EWO-FPGA/MDP I/F test (Mainly focusing on the digital I/F)[Nov., 2008 – Dec., 2008] (3) 2nd I/F test (Check of the whole PME system) [Apr., 2009]

PME Unit Level check: Site: EM shield chamber room of RISH, Kyoto Configuration: PME + MDP simulator without the PSU Installation of each board into the PME chassis and brief function check April 1-3: EWO/IPD April 6: SORBET April 7: MEFISTO April 8: AM2P April 9: SC/WPT-pre April 10: MGF-I/MGF-O PME function tests April 13-17 Function tests: All PME teams C&DH interface test #2 May 18-June 12, 2009 Since the tests will be conducted in the end-to-end, the whole PME will join this test. The detailed schedule will be announced in the design meeting.
