Support Tickets Then select “Submit a Support Ticket” A customer online case form pops up for their specific needs Online service breakout will either be web or audio Please provide the name, phone number and the email address of the individual you would like PGi to follow up with. In the problem description, please be as detailed as possible; including the time zone the issue was experienced. ”

  5. Live Chat You can enter a live chat from the left navigation bar. Online Customer support is available 24x7x365 customer support site.

  6. Live Chat Start by selecting the type of service, or department… Choose Conferencing. Type in your Name, Client ID or Passcode, E-Mail Address, Phone Number and type a short description

  7. Live Chat You will interact with a customer care agent in a real time manner.
