INGREDIENTS FOR 12/15 PEOPLE: (Preparation time: 40 min) • 12 yolk • ½ kg ofsugar • 1 kg of mascarpone • 60 savoiardi • Coffee • Cocoapowder
PREPARATION: Mix up 12 yolkswith ½ kg ofsugar thenaddgradually 1 kg of mascarpone, afterthisyouget a soft cream;
Sop 30 savoiardi up with coffee beingcarefulnottosopthem up toomuch And arrangethemfollowing the shapeof the plate; Put halfcream on the savoiardi and thenanotherlayerof 30 savoiardi soppedwith coffee and put the remainingcream on the surface.
