Center for Responsible Leadership and Governance Promoting values-based leadership, ethical decision-making, and quality stakeholder relationships Need Responsible leadership is critical to human development, commerce, and community Organizations and their leaders are facing criticism for unethical management practices and poorly functioning governance structures Corporations are being called on to fundamentally change their business practices and develop a new business ethos; educational institutions have a responsibility to contribute to such efforts The Center for Responsible Leadership and Governance promotes values-based leadership, ethical decision-making, and quality stakeholder relationships through education, scholarship and research, training and development, and outreach
