  2. Beginning • If you wanted to be a Realtor you have to have a high school diploma . • You also need to be at least 18 years old .

  3. Required Education • To be a Realtor you have to determine your state’s real estate licensing requirements. • Requirements, laws, rules, and regulations for real state agents vary between states . • Realtors also make about $65,270 a year.

  4. Practice • Despite of what state you live in, you will have to obtain license in order to practice as a real estate agent. • You also have to complete all the educational, work, and the exam requirements before applying certification in your state.

  5. What you need • You have to check listings in your area for openings at real estate companies . • You also need to market your services with business cards, name signs, and for sale signs You have to pay for those items all by your self .

  6. Where they work • Working in a real estate can be very hard or not depending on where you live. • You have to be in a place where homes are available .

  7. End • That is why I want to be a Realtor .
