An Agile Coach, as well as an Agile consulting in Africa,shall want to help you, but whom should one choose? This choice becomes harder as most people fail to differentiate between an Agile Consultant and a Coach’s roles. A coach’s role is to assist people by clarifying a concept and helping them achieve a target. This is a co-creative process where the coach works with people to achieve success through higher performance. Effective listening, facilitation of personal development, and support go into this process to produce fantastic results. The focus of coaching, however, is on a longer span of time.
