Initiatives – Diversification • Wholly owned subsidiary – LICHFL Care Homes Ltd. promoted to conduct the business of setting up and running of ‘Assisted Living Community Centres for Senior Citizens • First centre at Bangalore comprising of 98 units spread over 10 acres of land – inaugurated on 9th March 2006 • Plans of setting up more centres in FY 2006-07 – in Bhuwaneswar, Kochi, Kolkata etc
