Faculty Planning & Deployment • Planning & Deployment of Faculty: • Level of Course • Number of Courses to be conducted in that area • Availability of the In house /Local Talent. • Two ways of Deploying Faculties- • Head office- Delhi • Hiring Local Talent • CG&DC Panel - Created by the virtue of the fact that- being in Training business, getting outstation training is a regular feature. • Hence our Panel consists of – • Agencies on our panel- who supply trainers , on full /part time/free lancers, on contract basis. • Trainers on Panel - on Contract basis /Training Wise • Working professionals/freelancers in similar fields /References ,at various locations, are taken on panel ,on contract basis, who act as our rep ,supply and co-ordinate trainings at their allocated areas.

Plan for training for Naval Dockyard - • Select 4-5 trainers for first quarter to have a ready back up. • Organize & Conduct Training Program -Train them to implement our teaching methodology. • Get the initial training started under our guidance. • Visit every month /alternate month ,as per requirement to ensure quality implementation. • Suggestion- Ref Annexure 2 to Enclosure II to the RFP –As training is on Basic Level • if DOS is included ,course can be certified by DOEACC as ‘CCC’ Course on Computer Concept • Back up plan- • Two local instructors - per scheduled batch - one of them is on stand by. • In extreme & rare cases of emergency, our in house instructor from Delhi will be sent overnight. • In case ,if still required, set up an operational office at AWWA premises..

Faculty Planning,Training & Deployment for Out station Projects • Depending on the level of Course and availability of the In house /Local Talent, faculties are planned and deployed. • If faculties need to be sent from Delhi- we try and get them accommodated in defence org /sanik vishram grah etc, • which helps us to keep the costing at par and afford to pay higher salaries to the Trainer. • Local faculties can be paid higher salaries and get part time instructors. • Our panel - been created by the virtue of the fact that- Since we in Training business, getting outstation training is a regular feature- • Hence our panel consists of – • working professionals in similar fields /references are taken on panel at various locations • who supply and co-ordinate trainings at their allocated areas. • Agencies who supply trainers , on full /part time/free lancers, on contract basis. • Before the Trainers are hired and taken on pay roll – proper selection procedure is followed • The proposed faculties are screened and evaluated on all under mentioned aspects- • Technical Knowledge on the subject. • Experience on the conduct of similar courses • Communication Skills- ability to handle defence personnel. • Training workshop for Hired Instructors • Depending on the Number of courses scheduled in a particular location/zone • our faculty incharge conducts the training programe at that location. • Eg.
