Proposed MeinhardtCSR Policy • Description of MyHeart program • To be aligned with company’s core value of Sustainability (Invest in People) • CSR Objectives • Promoting engagement between our staff and the community • Supporting local community groups and charities • Improving the environment in and around our operations • Promoting broader opportunities for workplace learning • Contributing to the development and education of young people • No involvement with any religious/ political organizations • Undertaking regular monitoring and providing reporting to staff and other stakeholders where appropriate

Measuring Success Since we are doing this as a Group effort for the first time, we should take this opportunity to set a baseline. • Number of man hours contributed • Amount contributed (in monetary terms) • Staff Satisfaction Level (via survey) • Measurables of individual projects to be decided by local project teams
Going Forward • Confirmation of “MyHeart” as CSR brand name and logo • Drafting and formalizing CSR Policy • Promotion of CSR activities via Intranet, Group Website, Social Media, Newsletters, NewsFlashes channels • Introduction of CSR Annual Report/ Magazine
