Availability • As a Disney Culinary Program participant, you'll find that flexibility is the key to your program. Program participants must be available to work full time in our theme parks, resorts and other operations areas. • Participants must have full work availability, which includes being able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. Shifts can be scheduled any time of day, including early morning or after midnight.

Housing • Disney Culinary Program participants live in housing complexes located near the Walt Disney World Resort. • Participants will have the opportunity to meet and live with people from all over the world in company-sponsored housing complexes. These complexes are diverse in their floor plans and amenities, while offering the opportunity to meet fellow participants and create a sense of home in a comfortable living community. This housing is only allowed for participants of the program, and no one under the age of 18 is permitted in housing. To make the living experience more convenient, the housing costs are deducted from the participant’s weekly paycheck automatically. That way, they never have to worry about missing a payment.
Dress Code • Intentional body alteration or modification for the purpose of achieving a visible, physical effect that disfigures, deforms or similarly detracts from a professional image is prohibited. Examples include, but are not limited to: visible tattoos, brands, body piercing (other than traditional ear piercing for women), tongue piercing or splitting, tooth filing, earlobe expansion and disfiguring skin implants. Tattoos must be discreetly and completely covered at all times. Jewelry, spacers, retainers, or plugs are not permitted in any body piercing, including non-visible piercings, while working • Also specific on hair, makeup, uniforms are provided
