  2. Introduction • The sector of banking services at the same time enriches its functionality, providing an expanded range of financial operations for clients

Urgency • Development of bank spheres, establishment of its strong positions in a service sector led to the growth of personnel number • In October 2009 the RussianPublicOpinionResearchCenterconducted survey of the population of prestigious professions. Results are: the second place among the most prestigious professions belongs to a category «economist, financier»

  4. The components of professional culture: - organization of working place - daily interaction with colleagues and customers - observation of the company organizational rules and norms

  5. The main representatives of social phenomenology are A.Shchyuts, P. Berger and T.Lukman, E. Goffman

  6. Ideas of social phenomenology 1. These researchers considered objective social phenomena, in our case, the phenomenon of professionalism, by means of subjective individual experience 2. The main idea of phenomenology suggested: the reality is designed by individual. It is dependent on consciousness and interpretation

  7. P. Berger and T. Lukman developed the theory of social construction: • the reality is formed by members of society • the cultural and historical context determines daily routine

  8. E. Goffman’s «Dramaturgy»: • an analogy between the social world and the world of theater, in which individuals become actors • professional daily life is like a play, the main character is a specialist • there are «performers», «scenery» and «suits» in the foreground and background
