  2. Background A mobile jobs app leading to a mobile enhanced website & ATS is the perfect compliment. The mobile app serves as a marketing tool and traffic generator, whereas the mobile enhanced website/ATSenhances the user experience during the application process.

  3. Goal The goal of this analysis is to determine the rate employers are “mobile enhancing” their websites and ATS/job boards throughout various employment sectors, which would compliment a mobile job app. Mobile-Enhanced ATS

Mobile Job Search Overview • US Workforce: • Millennials are majority by 2015 • Will make up 75% by 2030 • Mobile device use: • Will surpass desktop use by 2015 • Smartphone use grew 81% in 2012 • Mobile connected tablets increased 2.5 fold to 36 million • In 2009, a mere 23% of people owned smartphones, compared to today’s 35% • Todays Jobseeker: • 68 percent of the 18-25 year-olds polled use their mobile devices to search for jobs
