Looked like penile cancer but wasn’t Colm O’Mahony, Natalie Meara (Chester). Bx of ulcer Surface ulceration. Plasma cells surrounding nerves. Abundant plasma cells with vasculitis. Swollen endothelial cells. Foreskin showing dermal band-like hyalinisation, typical of LS. HISTOLOGY.
