  2. Requirements: • The key points the manager at bd Building is looking for from this site is a practical, functioning, user interface for a database holding their job information. Therefore he needs it to be clear, straight forward and professional. • He doesn’t want any over the top effects or advanced technologies incorporated into the site as there is no need to entice anyone to view it. It is required for a business purpose only and therefore its most important function is providing the most efficient and direct routes to the pages he needs. • Hence I have kept the links to a minimum, the layout simple yet clearly structured with relevant options and the functions straight forward and practical to use.
