Daukanto g. 27 (210–212), 44249 Kaunas Telefonas (8 37) 327 977, (8 37) 751 175 Faksas (8 37) 327 977 El. paštas srt@adm.vdu.lt OSA history • Office of Student Affairs (OSA) at Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) was established soon after the restoration of the university, i.e. at the beginning of the academic year 1990-1991, with the aim of assisting students in solving their social problems that are not directly related to the learning process.

Daukanto g. 27 (210–212), 44249 Kaunas Telefonas (8 37) 327 977, (8 37) 751 175 Faksas (8 37) 327 977 El. paštas srt@adm.vdu.lt OSA staff: • OSA staff consists of six employees, who have a total of five posts. • Each employee is given primary responsibility, and other ancillary tasks. • Director (planning, organizing and monitoring of the OSA) • Chief Administrator (accommodation tasks, daily office activities) • Senior Administrator (financial support tasks, tasks with disabled students) • Administrator (students’ consulting tasks, tasks of VMU students’ status documentation, OSA communication issues) • Student activities Coordinator (consultations of student’s organizations, students’ activity, voluntary and creativity programmes tasks) • Advisor (tasks related to identification of the students’ needs)
