New Kroger Marketplace Store – 123,000 square feet at Custer and Eldorado Aldi, an international grocery company anticipated to open in March 2010 Second Walmart location to begin development – 183,000 square feet at Gary Burns Drive and Preston Road Sci-Tech Discovery Center Museum of the American Railroad.

  4. Budget Status • Property tax collections remain stable • Building permits trending slightly higher than originally projected • Sales tax collections continue to be lower than projected – Frisco ranks 15th in the state • Other revenue sources are remaining stable

  5. Budget Status • We continue to have frozen positions in several areas • Employees helping out in other areas as needed • We continue to cut back in all areas to minimize expenditures where possible
