  2. Ingredients for dough(4 portions): • 500 g plainflour • 500 g meal • 170 g sugar • 4 yolks • 250 g butter • 50 ml vegetableoil • 1 teaspoonof salt • 500 ml milk • 70 g yeast • 1 teaspoonof rum (itisn´t necessary)

  3. Makeleaven(ing)… Weneed for makeleaven: • Mix: milk,1 teaspoonofsugar, a littleplainflourandyeast

  4. Makedough… • Beforeleaven(ing) rise, pulp sugarwithbutterandaddyolks. Afterwardsaddleaven(ing), oil, salt andplainflourandmakethick, unstickydough. • Leavethis on warmplacecoveredwithcleandishcloth • Untilitrisesin warm, preparestreuselandfilling

  5. Ingredients for streusel: • 200g butterorvegetablefat (Hera) • 200g meal • 150g confectioner`ssugar • Mix it together

  7. Ingredients for cottage cheese filling • 1 kg cottage cheese • 4 yolk • 200 g sugar • Raisins

  8. Make cottage cheese filling • Mix cottage cheese with yolk, sugar and raisins • You can add a little milk to bewellspread

  9. Make Lachia pie • Risen dough spread oncircle ofbaking paper. • Spreadwithcottage cheese filling and sprinklewithstreuseland let rise for a moment

  10. Baking of pie… • Bake the pie in the oven (180°C)untilitchangescolour to gold. • You can spread edge of pie with mixtureofrum and butter (so you need warm up the butter and add a bit of rum)

  11. Instead of cottage cheese filling you can make poppy or pear filling

  12. Enjoy your meal !
