  2. Situation • Out of date kennels • Hidden location no one knows about

  4. Action • We could purchase new building space in or nearer to town. • We could also buy newer kennels

  5. Recommendation • I recommend that we replace the existing doors with new doors, fastening close. I have checked with four companies that offer these automatic doors and have attaches their catalogues for your consideration. • For an order of 25 doors, this kennel will cost $155 per kennel, installed, for a total of $3,875. • The rental for the new building would be $650 a month. For the kennels and one month worth of building space it would be a total of $4,525.

  8. Evaluate • Overall if we did the updates and got new building space we would be able to help more animals. The kennel doors will help the dogs from escaping and they will have better living conditions also it will help the workers with easier access. Please take this into consideration.

  9. Story • We first started our organization when I found some stray dogs just days away from death. Me and a couple of my friends nursed them back to health. We decided to try to start a no kill animal shelter. It started off small with just a couple dogs and now there are close to 23 dogs being taken care of and 15 cats. We have a building where not so many people know about it. If we got a new building more local more animals would be saved and off the streets.
