Branches • Periodontology – supporting structures of teeth/periodontium [ gums , cementum , alveolar bone , periondontal ligament ] • Oral radiology- • Community dentistry- deals with the community and its aggregate dental or oral health. • Forensic odontology – identifiaction of dead person by dental examination / bite marks
