  5. Effective January 1, 2004 CCR is the site you must be registered on to do business with the government. • CCR is “Your Company at a Glance”. For the Governmeent • It’s at the very least “Free Advertising” To register go to: • http://www.ccr.gov/

  6. To Register Go to the website http://www.ccr.gov/ • Click on the “Handbook” Tab & Print the handbook • Read & Complete the Handbook, The handbook will explain many of the questions you may have. • If you have questions go to the Frequently asked questions section and or call SBA.

  7. Registration Continued • Some items such as Small Business Determination, have been automated.

  8. Effective January 1, 2005 - ORCA is the site wherein firms present their Representations and Certifications

  9. Provide reps and certs electronically via www.bpn.gov/orca in conjunction with required registration in CCR • Update reps and certs as necessary, but at least annually • Must have a Duns # & MPIN which Are obtainable from CCR Registration

  10. Make changes that affect only one solicitation by completing the appropriate section of certain solicitations provisions. • In other words, reps and cert provided by vendors through ORCA may be supplemented or changed by information submitted to the Government in response to a specific solicitation.

  11. All Federal Agencies are required to post all solicitations, over $25,000.00, to this site • FedBizOpps can be found on the internet at: http://fedbizopps.gov/
