Provide reps and certs electronically via www.bpn.gov/orca in conjunction with required registration in CCR • Update reps and certs as necessary, but at least annually • Must have a Duns # & MPIN which Are obtainable from CCR Registration
Make changes that affect only one solicitation by completing the appropriate section of certain solicitations provisions. • In other words, reps and cert provided by vendors through ORCA may be supplemented or changed by information submitted to the Government in response to a specific solicitation.
