Why do we need a website? • To share information Information in the form of: news, events, articles, devotionals, prayer, testimony, messages, sermons, videos, audios, slideshows, downloadable documents
Why do we need a website? • To have a centralised communications platform Information comes from the respective ministries and get published online all in the same site
Why do we need a website? • To share God’s work and Word Pastors as well as church leaders can now share messages, their thoughts, opinions and the teachings of God via multimedia and Internet technologies
Why do we need a website? • To foster better understanding and awareness among the three church entities We will now get to know perhaps even in real time what is really happening among our three churches
Why do we need a website? • To keep our members abroad up-to-date with our progress Be it in the far east or distant west, our children, families and friends will always be able to find out the latest happenings in our church

How does this system work? • Authorized users will be granted access to the system • With an access, the user is able to publish information online and in a real-time fashion
Who will be allowed access? • Pastors • Church Leaders • Ministry Leads and Representatives • Administrators • Approved photographers, videographers and designers
Who will be allowed access? • Approval and recommendation of users will be the responsibility of the Pastors and Church Leaders
Publishing Guidelines and Policies • Materials published should satisfy the following criteria: Reliable Valid Accurate Truthful Trustworthy or Credible Newsworthy
Publishing Guidelines and Policies All published materials MUST be error-free If necessary, have it reviewed by another person of authority before it gets published. An error-prone publication will discredit the author as well as destroying readers’ confidence in on the system for news and updates

Publishing Guidelines and Policies • Strictly prohibited: Slanderous remarks against people, organisations, other religion Politically biased views Self-opinions (this is not a blog) Plagiarism (copying of other written materials or images without permission) Racially or ethnically slanderous or inciting remarks
