  2. Stop &Think Before You Speak • Is what is being asked of you: • Illegal? • Immoral? • Dangerous? • Making you nervous?

  3. If you said : YES! • SPEAK UP. • Perhaps, it is time to find a new job.

  4. Things to consider: • Let your boss know that you are unwilling to participate in any illegal, immoral, or dangerous activity.

  5. Communicate with… • Your parents • Your Co-op Supervisor.

  6. But, if you said, “No”… • Think about what is being asked of you. • Is it an opportunity?

  7. Show your worth… • Taking on new tasks • Showing initiative • Being dependable Makes you a more valuable employee.

  8. What if pure drudgery? • Time to ask if you really want this particular job. • Maybe, its time to move on.

  9. No matter what: • Think it through • Make your decision • Act calmly and professionally
