TEAM HISTORY • When did your team start? • Year, member count, founding sponsors • What games were played? • Rebound Rumble, Breakaway, etc. • What competitions did the team go to each year? • Kansas City Regional, Denver Regional, etc. • What awards have the team won? • Regional, Chairman’s, Engineering inspiration, etc.

  6. Team Structure • Team setup • I.e.. Leads, Chiefs, and regular members • How it works • I.e. Sections • What they cover

  7. Design Process • Your plan • How do you design your robot? • What’s the process?

  8. GOALS • This year • What you want to accomplish during the season • Next Year • What you want to accomplish during the following season • X# years from now • Where you want to see the team down the road • i.e. Community outreach events, SMART goals, etc.

Community Relations • Things you do to affect the community • Awareness/presentations, volunteer work, education, etc. • Things you do to affect other FIRST teams • Hosting events, mentoring • Gracious professionalism, coopertition • How these things affect your team • Team building, character • Why is it relevant?

  10. Budget • Cost of robot • Travel expenses to events • Past three years • To show • i.e. budget cuts, sponsor funds, etc.

  11. SPONSORS • Sponsors logos • Show them in levels • Depending on amount • What does your team do for them?

  12. Risks • Challenges team faced • i.e. Having members not being able to travel due to grades • Could it have been avoided? • Can it be avoided next time?
