  30. Los verbos reflexivos Some verbs in Spanish involve doing actions to ourselves. These are called reflexive verbs. The endings are slightly different to normal verbs Por ejemplo: LEVANTARSE VESTIRSE VERSE ¿Qué notáis?

  31. Los verbos reflexivos The most common reflexive verb is: LLAMARSE– TO CALL ONESELF / TO BE CALLED How do we formulate it?

Los verbos reflexivos First we take off the reflexive ending –SE and place it at the front of the verb Then we change the SE pronoun depending on who is doing the action ME – I TE – YOU SE – HE/SHE Next we take off the infinitive ending AR, ER or IR so we are left just with the stem Finally we add the correct family ending (AR in this case) depending on who is doing the action ME LLAM AR O SE O– I AS– YOU A– HE/SHE
