  2. What is Bear Spray? • Used to protects us from bear • Saves lives • Make people feel safe while camping • Don’t want to kill the bear, just scares him

  3. How does it Work? • Uses oleoresin capsicum, the residue from cayenne peppers • Cause a burning sensation in the bear’s eyes • Packed safely into a compact bottle with a trigger and safety • Some brands have better reach, but others have a longer duration

  4. How does it benefit mankind? • It stops the bears from attacking people • If a bear attacks you, you spray them and they will forget that they wanted to eat you • It benefits mankind because it saves lives
