Introduction • Fruits are something we have every day and they are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers, and irons etc. • They can lower the risk or prevent of serious illnesses and health problems. • Fruits are also good for your skin as well. • They are also a great nutritious low in calorie snacks to have. • We should have 2-4 servings of fruit in our diet everyday.
Why Is It Important To Have Fruits In Our Diet? • Fruits are very low in calories and they contain no fats or cholesterol which helps us stay fit and healthy. • People have discovered that fruits are able to lower the risk of illnesses and health problems like I said before. • Such as cancer, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular diseases. • People could also avoid illnesses and health problems by looking after themselves and choosing wisely at what they put in their diet. • Statistics also show us that 35 - 50% of cancer cases are related to diet. • Fruits also help us get rid of or toxins and waste out of our body.

Things You Could Do to Add Fruits in Your Diet. • If you’re not a fruit person, here are some things you could do to add more fruits in your diet: • Have a cup of freshly squeezed juice. • Add fruits like bananas, apples, or kiwis to your cereal. • Choose dried fruits as snacks instead of chips and candy. • Have a fruit salad as dessert. • Pack an apple, orange, strawberries or bananas in your lunch.
