  3. Check out PTE and IELTS facts: A. Exam Authority: PTE test is operated by the Pearson PLC headquartered in London is a British multinational publishing and education company. It is an educational group for the English writing examination. B. PTE Acceptance: PTE Academic is affirmed by thousands of universities globally, including prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, INSEAD and Yale. Australian and New Zealand governments also accepted Visa through PTE Academic. C. Exam Mode: PTE is a computer-aided test. You take the test on a computer. In this exam, you have to select the correct option. However, IELTS Exam is a paper-based exam. Also, the exam in which you to give face to face exam as well. 

  4. D. Exam Pattern: PTE Academic has three main parts: 1. Speaking and writing (77 to 93 minutes) 2. Listening (45 to 57 minutes) 3. Reading (32 to 41 minutes) The PTE Academic test is finished within 3 hours in one session in between only 10 minutes break is given. E. Result declaration: IELTS results are open 13 days after taking the test in a protected setting. Result declared after 13 days of the test by the test centers or you can take it by yourself. However, in the case of PTE result come earlier i.e. within 5 business days. F. Validation period: Up to two years from the date of the test, the test score of both PTE and IELTS are valid as per authorities. G. Scoring: If we analyze both PTE and IELTS exam in terms of score, we found that both are fair in their making schemes. H. Exam Fee: The standard price for both tests is the same.   5. I. Refund process: If you want to cancel or reschedule the exam more than 7 calendar days before the exam then you only provided by partial refund by PTE Academic. You will be given a 50% refund if you cancel more than seven calendar days before your test date. And in case you want to reschedule more than seven calendar days before the test date you have to pay an additional 25% of the test fee. J. No Pampering: PTE is a computer-based exam in which there is no human interaction, however in case of IELTS exam there is face to face speaking round which you have to qualify. So, if you are a bit shy then you can go for PTE. On the other hand, if you are more convenient talking to a person rather than the computer, IELTS may be a more suitable option.
