This early pregnancy stage is critical phase so sonography is also done - 9 Weeks: Visit is scheduled for detailed discussion of reports. A sonography is done to ensure good growth of the foetus. - 12 weeks: At this stage NT scan is done. - 16-18 weeks: At this stage detailed screening is done. So a blood test is carried to check any abnormality. Anomaly scan is done. - 18-20 weeks: At this stage detailed sonography is done to ensure the development of the baby. - 24 weeks: Weight, pulse, blood pressure and urine examination is done. This is the part of reagualr antenatal check-up. - 28 weeks: Blood test: CBC, fasting & 2hr PP blood sugar & urine is done.
