ICT Update - Neil Turner/Cathy Piotrowski www.CBICT.org.ukCensus 2015 SEN – New SEN Code of Practice starts Sept 2014 • Autumn term transition from SEN Stage A & P codes to new ‘SEN Support’ code (A&P codes not in Jan 15 census) – under regular review • New ‘Education, Health & Care Plan’ (EHCP) code replaces SEN Statemented – transition during academic year 14/15 • SEN Type (Primary & Secondary Needs) will apply for ALL ‘SEN Support’ and ‘EHCP’ pupils as well as those on ‘Statemented’ • Note changes to SEN Type codes…..

ICT Update - Neil Turner/Cathy Piotrowski www.CBICT.org.ukCensus 2015 Universal Free School Meals • For all Year R, 1 & 2 pupils, census data to inform funding from Sept 14 • For Oct 14, Jan 15 & May 15 censuses – expect single figure of no of children take-up on day of census • From Oct 15 Census, average of figures from last 3 termly census figures will be calculated
