This study explores the factors influencing women's income decrease in their thirties, using the LMA Curve as a working tool. The findings suggest that family bonds, staying with children in the same workplace, and work force parameters play a significant role in shaping women's income during this age group.

Conclusions • Family bonds strengthen employees women’s connection with the labour force • Staying of women with children on at the same workplace cause an increase in seniority, leads to an increase in the women incomes • Work force parameters and priorities of both sexes not associated with the family unit, are responsible for causing a decrease in women employee income in this age group (30-45)
