Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine – what can it do for you? • The Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM) represents, develops and promotes Sport and Exercise Medicine .The FSEM oversees clinical standards & education, facilitates examination &assessments, provides guidance and support . • The FSEM is working with BASEM and other SEM student groups to create USEMS, the UK-wide Undergraduate Sport and Exercise Medicine Society • The Faculty’s new website (launched early 2013), will include a dedicated USEMS area, full of undergraduate-specific information and resources, created for undergrads by undergrads • Medical students are able to take up free student ‘Affiliate’ Membership from the FSEM , which includes e-communications, networking opportunities, access to FSEM resources and regular updates www.fsem.co.uk Follow us on twitter @FSEM_UK
