  5. Inside trim is NOT removed!!

  7. Window is installed with the nail fin

  8. Nail fin is caulked creating a water tight installation

  9. Daylight opening is maximized.

  10. Total Tear should be compete between one and two hours.

  11. Brick gap filled with MGM’s proprietary cellular Brick mould filler.

  12. Window is attached by screwing the nail fin to the existing stud.

  13. Cellular fill piece being installed

  14. Main install almost complete

  15. Rich detail is emerging from old installation

  16. Window looks like it was never replaced and looks brand new!!
