1- Who was Sulayman? • Sulayman was Dawud’s son. After the death of Dawud, his son Sulayman became a king. He was chosen from among Dawud’s other sons as successor.
2- Recount Allah’s blessing upon Sulyman? • 1- Allah gave Sulyman sound judgment, fine understanding and deep knowledge • 2- He knew the language of birds and animals. • 3- To him Allah subjected the winds. They blew at his command and carried him from place to place so that he reached his destination quickly. • 4- Allah also subjected to him strong and clever jinn and rebellious Satans. They obeyed his command and carried out his building plans. • 5-Allah made a fount of molten brass to flow for him.
3-Sulyman was always grateful to Allah for his blessings.
