Bringing our Composition together Flowing composition of sounds to create visualisations in the listeners imagination of the industrial past.
How we would exhibit it • Composition will be played in a dark small corridor to imitate the coal mines. • Possibility of adding a coal aroma and mist. • Idea of adding lanterns or the audience carrying them.
Ideas for the future • Develop this idea of adding sound into the industrial past, we could start exploring into other senses such as smell, touch and taste. • With this concept we thought that we would like the viewer to interact with the piece. • We may also create a full fanzene which could be given to the viewer as part of the exhibit. We would add photographs from the past and present into collages. • We have also been considering developing the composition into a story narrative.
