  2. Learning OutcomesUpon completion of this lesson, the student will be able to: • Given the appropriate radiological survey information and blank documents or templates, demonstrate the ability to prepare a radiological work plan and an RWP to safely perform a designated task.

  3. Instructions • Follow the directions provided in the Student Guide for this PE. • The post-event survey performed last week after the High Radiation Alarm in room 509 identified three hot spots with extremely high dose rates. • Room A-509-B at Survey Point A-509-2 • Room A-509-C at Survey Point A-509-3 • Room A-509-D at Survey Point A-509-6
