NATIONAL LAW: • Constitution of Montenegro from the protection of personal data shall be guaranteed. It is prohibited to use personal data for purposes other than those for which they werecollected. Everyone shall have the right to be informed about the personal data collected about him orher and the right to court protection in case of abuse.’’ • Personal Data Protection Law from 2008
