Positive Impression Survey • Anastasia’s and Frank’s results closely modeled or positively exceeded the frequency ratings from the test group • Sheridon’s results were close to the frequency ratings accept for the following categories: cheerfulness, diplomacy, small talk, and greeting cards • Harley’s results indicated stronger results in equal areas as weak results, so he complements his strengths with weaknesses well • Jason’s results varied from the frequency ratings on 10 of the categories, identifying his introverted personality

Individual Goals • Frank- Continue to build a consistency in facilitating growth and development. • Harley- Motivate individuals through helping them recognize their strengths and learning from others. • Sheridon- Focus on giving individuals the tools necessary to be successful in their individual careers. • Jason- Build listening and assertion skills in order to provide more effective coaching • Anastasia- Regulate assertiveness to avoid aggressiveness in the workplace.
