  3. Stay healthy • Maintain health with regular medical check-ups • Possible Screenings • Vision and hearing • Blood pressure • Lipids • Breast Cancer • Cervical Cancer • Colorectal Cancer • Diabetes • Osteoporosis • Depression • Obesity

  4. Stay Active and Fit • Strength, flexibility (2 x / week) • Regular activity (150 minutes / week)

  5. Nourish Your Body • Variety • Fiber-rich • Drink lots of Water • Reduce sodium, fat, sugars • Check with provider on supplements

  6. Manage Your Medications • Take all medications as prescribed • Make and keep list of current medications • Discuss list with pharmacist and medical provider • Use the same pharmacy for all meds • Follow a routine Other • Ask pharmacist to increase font size on label • Ask pharmacist for easy to open bottles
