Media Walls and Other Essential Trade Show Items Trade shows and the like are a great way for companies, inventors and other interested people to draw attention to your products or business. They often can be vast events that draw in big crowds though so key to being successful at them is knowing how to draw people in and attract attention. A big part of that are media walls. If you are getting ready to set up your very first booth for a trade show or exhibition type event and are not sure what else you need, here are some essential trade show items you need to know more about! Top five items every trade show booth should have! 1) Media walls – There are different kinds of walls and banners you can have, but media walls are a lot more popular today than they ever were for good reason. They can have graphics on them that promote the theme of what you are showing, they can be bold and bright and draw attention, they can have your logo and business name and they can be seen over people's heads when the event is busy. Having a backdrop like that can help you stand out as you give your demonstration or talk about your brand. There are cheap media walls you can opt for if budget is a concern but in this case often the saying 'you get what you pay for' does apply. A cheap media wall is more prone to having problems with seams, bunching of the fabric, and poor quality printing. If you do opt for this, think about upgrading when your budget allows. You want your backdrop to be as professional looking as possible. 2) Drapery – some venues will offer it but then they will not be customized with your logo on it. For every 10 feet, you would want three panels of drapes to get an attractive gathered look. Have your logo or graphics printed on them to have the extra promotion. 3) Logo carpet – another place you can have your logo on is the carpeted area at your stand. There are a large number of options in terms of style, whether it will need to handle a lot of traffic and colors. 4) Backdrop banner – if you are not having media walls Brisbane, not even a cheap media wall, you might want to consider a retractable or a backdrop banner. They are portable, lightweight and come in different widths and heights. It is not a full-length backdrop like a media wall but a banner behind you above your head with your logo and such on. 5) Table cover printed with theme and logo – You will have tables to display your product so you should also have a cover for the table. As people look at your products they will also be looking down at your logo. A good option is to have open back covers so that you can fit a chair there for when you have a chance to sit.
