Selection Criteria • Resources must be targeted to: • Older adults with diabetes • Older adults who are at risk for type 2 diabetes • Caregivers of older adults with diabetes or at risk for type 2 diabetes • Health care professionals who serve older adults • Promote actions steps appropriate for older adults • Easy to access with minimal registration process and cost • Have limited or no advertising

Submit a Resource • If you know of a resource focused on diabetes in older adults, share it with NDEP! • NDEP is looking to collect resources in a variety of formats, including: • Websites • Books, brochures, and tip sheets • Videos • Tracking tools • Mobile applications • Journal articles • Visit the “Submit a Resource” page to learn more about the review process and download the submission form.
