Control And Experimental plants

2. Variable Being Tested Our group decided to do the variable of water.

3. Control and Experimental Groups Our control plant will have regular water. Our experimental plant will have salt water.

4. Our Hypothesis If we put salt water in our plant, then we think it will turn dark green.

5. Observations 2-15-12 On the first day we saw that the experimental and the control were tall and green. 2-24-12 On the last day of the experiment the control had grown a lot, and was always healthy. Our experimental plant was dead of the dried up salt.

8. Conclusion Statement From this experiment, we learned that normal water is good for grass and salt kill’s grass.

9. Hypothesis Statement Our hypothesis was wrong because our salt water plant died instead of living.

10. Future Experiments We change the salt water into cold water.
