  7. ACCURATE VISIBILITY - LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT TECHNOLOGY Warehouse Management System (WMS): Royale International currently utilises an HKD1million+ WMS system. Basic features available with our system: • Web based technology accessible anytime, anywhere • Inbound / Outbound / Cycle Counting / Bin Moves, etc handled via wireless scanners • Real-time put away for inbound shipments, for quick visibility • Prime and reserve slotting rules to optimize space utilization, resulting in lower storage costs to client • Inventory management including adjustments, cycle counts, physical inventories, etc, to maintain highest levels of inventory accuracy • Interface directly with client’s host system or operating platform • Automated packing list/shipping labels/commercial invoices www.royaleinternational.com

  12. FLEXIBLE SCALABILITY – OUR SERVICES IOR Services Royale International provides IOR/EOR service in all countries of operation. For APAC, see table below for a list of all ports where this service is available.IOR/EOR capabilities are dependent on destination country and product type. Upon start up of services, Royale International will ask for all product details to set up the in country IOR/EOR. Shipping to destination country can only begin, once Royale International confirms the IOR/EOR setup is complete. www.royaleinternational.com
