Now you do it… Log into www.WeichertPRO.com Click on the “Add” button on the bottom tool bar Select “Contact” The “create new contact” record will open up. Fill in as many fields as you can for a current client/prospect or member of your sphere of influence. Add the contact to a Group, Type and Source Don’t forget to SAVE CONTACT! Allow 10-15 minutes to add a few contacts

What is the difference between Importing Contacts and Syncing Contacts?
Import Sync • Add all contacts from another source quickly • Every contact in your Gmail account or mobile device will be added to PRO • Any updates to the exterior source will appear in PRO • New contacts added to PRO till be added to the synced account automatically • Add all contacts from another source quickly • Can review the import file to determine which contacts to add to PRO • Any updates to the exterior source will not appear in PRO

How to Organize your Contacts in Your WeichertPRO Groups • 1 • PROSPECT • Anyone with a n interest in buying, selling or renting • 2 • LEAD • Anyone who agrees to meet with you 3 CLIENT S/he has signed with you and has motivation • 4 • PURE GOLD • S/he has completed a transaction with you Group: Pure Gold Group: Prospecting Group: Seller / Buyer Tip: You should customize your action plan for each group in stages 1, 2 and 3, to maximize your results and build your Pure Gold referral base.
Here’s How… Click Admin 2. Select Group Management
Select the Group you want to Edit and slide contacts in or out of the group
It is easy to assign and sort contacts by Type and Source on this page
Now you do it… Click on the “Admin” button on the bottom tool bar Select “Group Management” Click on Add Group, and start adding groups for your current clients, prospecting groups, pure gold, etc. Select one of your Groups from the left column and slide your contacts from the right column into the center. Continue to organize your contacts by assigning them to a group or multiple groups Allow 10-15 minutes for this exercise

Start with a recurring appointment on your Calendar Follow these steps… Click “Add” on the bottom tool bar. 2. Select “Task/Appt”
Create Specific Prospecting/Follow up Times and stick to your schedule! Follow these steps… Use the drop down to select the Activity Type Name the Appointment so it relates to the activity Use the Icons to schedule the date and specific times
One time set up… Follow these steps… 6. Check the box for “Repeat” and set up the schedule of recurring events for you to follow

Select the day that you plan to complete the activity 9. Click “Done” Tip for prospecting, always select “Does not end” and keep your pipeline of leads flowing
