Reminder on How to Get to Internal Resources Go to www.mcpur.com Login using your Windows Credentials – Same as you computer login or Sage 500 login Click on the Internal Resources Icon Or simply type Resource.mcpur.com into your browser Click Employee Resources on the Footer of any page on the customer website.

6. Just slide the mouse over any header… …And a drop-down list appears! From there, select anything you wish to open. Search by Document using the Top Menu

By the way… You can click these to go back to previous menus at any time if you made a mistake Then, navigate through the menus… When you get to the product you want, click, and… To start, just click on any of products here It brings up the product page From this point, you can use this sidebar to search for more products Search by Product using Drilldown Navigation

Or these to search using the other methods You can click this logo to go back to the home page for a new search NOTICE! – The Search bar moves to the top right of the page when moving away from the home page And up comes the page! Simply type keywords or product name… And it will come up with a results page (like you searched the main site)! So, just select the result you want… Search by Keywordusing the Search Bar

9. Remember the TABS! Remember that each of these tabs have information on them. Marketing has downloadable product images and Powerpoint presentations Literature has brochures available on the customer website Tech Documents have documents often not available on the customer website including Spec Sheets and Manuals Price Lists and Sales have Price Lists, Quote Tools, and Other Sales Tools

11. Key Reminders • Search Function Glitch – Use spaces when searching numbers next to letters. For Example 23g search 23 g. This is a temporary problem we are addressing with search provider • The Search bar moves to the top right of the page when moving away from the home page • VERY IMPORTANT – • ONLY PDFs will show up in the Internet Browser window. • EVERYTHING ELSE (.doc, .jpg, .ppt) all need to be saved to your desktop to access. More explanation on next page • If there is a document you think should be added or a broken link contact Marketing Communications – Adam Lafreniere or any Product Manager • Currently the site only contains documentation for Dialysis, Life Science, & BioScience Business Units. So no Renal, TTG, or REVOX

Accessing Non .pdf Files • Document will open IGNORE ANY WARNINGS FROM OLDER VERSION OF INTERNET EXPLORER FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TO SAVE TO YOUR COMPUTER • If it does not open • Check you “My Documents” or where you chose to save it • If your can’t find it check your “Downloads Folder” Choose the file you need Click “Open” Click “SAVE” Try and update to the newest version of Internet Explorer
