  2. Over the years there have been many Tango adverts that have been banned for various reasons. For example, James Corden was in an advert for Tango which was banned after only two weeks because it had encouraged bullying.

  3. Another example of an advert that has been banned is one where a man who gets slapped. The reason that this was banned was that young children kept going round and doing the same to people they knew, and there were claims that it was causing children to get injured, become deaf, etc.

  4. The advert you have just watched was created by Trevor Robinson, Al Young and Steve Henry. Despite all of the debate that this advert had caused, in a poll conducted in 2000 by Channel 4, it came in third place for the 100 greatest TV adverts. It also came fifth in the 2006 poll conducted by the ITV for “ITV’s Best Ever Ads 2”.
