Institutional Research Data Cookbook Self-service site for reviewing inventory of Cognos reports and terms within the reports. • Data Cookbook is used to: • Locate and access reports (specifications) • Determine which terms (definitions) are in a report • Determine which department owns a given report • Request a new report

  18. Locating Specifications in Data Cookbook 1. Hover over the “Specifications” tab and choose “Browse Specifications.” 2. This shows a list of all available specifications. Click on a specification title to view more info.
