Thus the presentations should serve as an inspiration for extending the frontiers of metrology. • The second day – the bread and butter day – will start with an up-to-date information on the ongoing process of implementing the EMRP in order to get prepared for the next EMRP calls. • In the following break-out sessions the individual running Joint Research Projects will meet separately and it is up to the JRP coordinators to organise those sessions. • Finally a forum will analyse how we got started and what may be learned from each other. • In summary: • This symposium should improve the cohesion among the ”Metrology for Health“-community. • The venue • The workshop takes place at the historical PTB campus which is located in walking distance from Kurfürstendamm and Bahnhof Zoologischer Garten, right in the heart of Berlins‘s “City West“.
